We had this unit as a gift .. It 'made a terrible burning smell that permeated half of the house. We put it in the garage and ran for a week .. smell did not go away. Contact the hunter … very long waits on the phone. After the answers are happy to help. We have sent a cable from the back of the unit and got a replacement unit. The second unit is issued to the same terrible smell of burning.
He went through the incredibly long wait for customer service. Gladly sent us a completely different model. I can not understand how a third unit, he felt bad as others. You might think, before sending a third unit to try first.
There are so disappointed in their air cleaners. We simply can not buy a filter from this company. If you have lung problems … avoid this company!
